Prior to becoming a real estate salesperson, Hongli was head-hunted to run the spa at the Hyatt Hotel in Auckland, where she was top sales consultant for 2 years running.
In China, between 2009 and 2013, Hongli continued to work in Beauty Therapy Management roles, predominantly running spas. Being Spa Director at a 5-star Hotel in Beijing, was a career highlight for her. The exclusive clientele had an expectation of flawless service and Hongli took great pleasure and pride in delivering exactly that.
In 2014, Hongli worked a short stint managing properties. She started her real estate career with Ray White in 2015. With fluency in two languages, English and Chinese, plus and her background in client care with high standards of presentation and accuracy, Hongli is in good stead for the path ahead. She believes her ability to connect with people and build long term relationships, as she has done in hospitality management, will be an asset.
