Anna Stephenson‘s successful real estate business with her mother Jackie is testament to the maxim that “two heads are better than one”. Auckland born and raised in and around the eastern suburbs, Anna has always been sporty and competitive - an essential trait in the demanding and high-energy real estate profession. Her exceptional standards of service delivery and aesthetic eye around the way a property should be presented for sale, gives Anna the edge over the competition.
Her background in retail management , was a valuable foundation for Anna. She was continually promoted into management roles when her obvious talents for selling, marketing, and managing customer expectations were quickly identified. During this time Anna completed her Diploma in Small Business Management. Following several years working with Jackie in their designer homewares and furnishing stores, Anna set up a transport company which was designed to take kid-glove care transporting quality furnishings all over the Auckland region for her very particular design store clients. It grew quickly, and she subsequently sold the company which still operates today.
In 2007, Anna sat her real estate license and re-joined her mother Jackie in business – this time it was in real estate. The strongly bonded team of two have never looked back. Anna’s strengths lie in the systems and processes involved in the marketing of property. Analytical Anna is a perfectionist and she and Jackie use their significant design skills and styling talents to creatively stage a home for sale. After tenure at a couple of other realty brands, the team has returned to their real estate roots joining Wayne Maguire at Ray White Mission Bay. Not only is Wayne an old colleague of Anna and Jackie’s, but the office is in their immediate neighbourhood and like them, actively contributes to the wider community. She and Jackie are complementary agents who bring a wide range of indispensable skills to the process of selling your home.
Anna, who lives in Glendowie, is married with two sons and enjoys quality time spent with her family, living and playing in the bay.
